1. If you are selling a beat through BeatStars, you must agree to collaborate and split percentage 50/50 with ZenderBeats (Beatstars: ZenderBeats)

3. Collaborator may use the Samples in combination with other sounds in music production,
including soundtracks for films, video productions, commercials, master recordings, multimedia,
presentations and any reasonable musical purposes within separate musical compositions.

4. "ZenderBeats" owns the master licenses of the all loops in this pack,
downloading these loops gives you the right to incorporate the samples in any musical production.

5. You may not distribute or send these loops to others, either in native format or reformatted for use as samples,

6. If you place a record with a Major Label using one or more of the loops, you agree to split the publishing,
